1. Agreement
These Terms govern your access to and use of FullyMask, including its website, realtime video studio, licenses, streaming time, and output tools. By using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Eligibility and access
You must have legal capacity to enter this agreement. You are responsible for the email account, license, device, and activity used to access FullyMask. Keep license codes private. We may restrict, suspend, or revoke access when required to protect users, the service, or third parties.
3. Licenses and streaming time
A license is an access key associated with a stated amount of transformation time. It may require manual activation before use. Streaming time is consumed during an active transformation session and is not a stored cash balance. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, licenses are for the purchasing customer and may not be resold or transferred.
4. Orders and payment
Orders are arranged through the purchase method shown in the studio. The price, duration, currency, and payment instructions confirmed for an order control that purchase. Access is issued only after payment is verified.
5. Acceptable use
You must have the necessary rights and consent for every uploaded image, camera subject, voice, brand, and other material you use. You may not use the service to impersonate or deceive, defraud, harass, exploit minors, create non-consensual intimate content, violate intellectual-property or privacy rights, interfere with systems, distribute malware, or break applicable law.
6. AI-generated output
Results are generated automatically and may be inaccurate, inconsistent, delayed, or visually imperfect. You are responsible for reviewing and appropriately disclosing synthetic output before publishing or broadcasting it. FullyMask does not guarantee that any result is unique, error-free, or suitable for a particular purpose.
Evian Voice customers must not clone or use a person's voice without their explicit authorization. You are responsible for complying with consent, disclosure, publicity, privacy, and intellectual-property requirements that apply to synthetic speech.
7. Availability
Realtime performance depends on your device, browser, network, camera, processing infrastructure, demand, and maintenance. We may change, interrupt, or discontinue features. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or a specific latency or output quality.
8. Intellectual property
FullyMask and its interface, branding, software, and original content are protected by applicable laws. You retain whatever rights you lawfully hold in material you provide and grant us the limited permission needed to process it and deliver the service.
9. External services
Browsers, broadcasting software, messaging services, and other external products are operated by their respective providers. Their terms apply separately. FullyMask is not responsible for external products or broadcasts you create with them.
10. Disclaimer and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FullyMask is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties not expressly stated here. FullyMask will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
11. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms by publishing a revised version and date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms. For questions, use our Contact page.
