1. Information we collect
We may collect your email address, verification records, account identifiers, license and activation details, order communications, purchased and consumed streaming time, support messages, IP address, device and browser information, and security or diagnostic logs.
2. Camera, microphone, and uploaded images
Your browser asks for permission before accessing your camera or microphone. Realtime media, prompts, and reference images are transmitted to processing infrastructure to generate the requested output. FullyMask does not intend to permanently store live camera or microphone streams. Temporary processing, buffering, logs, or retention by infrastructure providers may occur. If you record or broadcast an output, that copy is controlled by you and the destination you choose.
2A. Evian Voice
Text submitted to Evian Voice and the selected managed voice identifier are sent to our speech-processing provider to create audio. Voice samples uploaded for authorized cloning are also sent to that provider. Do not submit confidential text or voice samples without the voice owner's documented permission.
3. How we use information
We use information to provide and secure the service, verify email access, issue and activate licenses, measure streaming time, process orders, troubleshoot errors, respond to support requests, prevent abuse, improve performance, and comply with legal obligations.
4. Sharing
We share information only as needed with service providers supporting hosting, databases, email verification, messaging, realtime media processing, security, and operations; when you direct us to; or when required by law. We do not sell your personal information.
5. Cookies and local storage
FullyMask may use cookies or browser storage to maintain sessions, remember interface choices, and protect access. Blocking these technologies may prevent sign-in or other parts of the service from working correctly.
6. Retention and security
We retain records only as long as reasonably necessary for security, accounting, dispute handling, and legal obligations. We use reasonable safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
7. Your choices
You can deny camera or microphone access, stop a session, remove a reference image, sign out, or contact us about your personal information. Some transaction and security records may need to be retained.
8. Children
FullyMask is not intended for children who cannot legally consent to the processing described here. Do not submit a child's image or personal information without necessary authorization.
